The creative brand has put together an intriguing almond-based spread with no added sugar or palm oil. The name of the product is ‘Turrón Untable, ‘ which translates to ‘Nougat Spread’.
Max Protein’s Nougat Spread is indeed a nougat-flavored spread that, as mentioned, has no added sugar and is primarily made with almonds. The brand has thrown egg white into the product as well, making it low sugar and high protein. Lastly, Max Protein has uniquely produced Nougat Spread in the Spanish city of Jijona, famous for its delicious nougat.
The nutrition profile on a standard 30g serving of Max Protein’s Nougat Spread includes 1.5g of protein, 10.8g of fat, 11.7g of carbohydrates with just 600mg of that sugar, and 145 calories. The product is already available through the brand’s own online store, so it probably won’t be long before it shows up at all of its usual retail partners.
