Rocka Nutrition has a long list of functional products, protein snacks, and nutrition supplements that has continued to grow in 2020 despite everything that’s gone on. This week the German brand continues to expand its selection with something called Pink Ketchup, which is an alternative to classic ketchup but with significantly fewer calories.
Rocka Nutrition’s Pink Ketchup is essentially a low-calorie, vegan-friendly sauce that tastes like ketchup. A 30ml serving of the product has 1.7g of carbohydrates, 1.5g of that is sugar, only 100mg of fat, well under a gram of protein, and only 12 calories. Compared to typical ketchup, that is indeed a much lower calorie count, working out to just shy of 35% less.
