The Enjoyment Bar is an all-new protein snack from the popular and widely available Swedish functional food company FAST, which, as its name suggests, is intended to be a flavor-first product. It is a relatively small protein bar tipping the scales at 45g, with an amount of protein that reflects that higher focus on taste with depending on the flavor, 9.9 to 13.5g of protein.
The other macros making up FAST’s Enjoyment Bar are 7.6 to 8.1g of fat, 11.2 to 13.5g of carbohydrates, under 2g of sugar, no added sugar, and calorie counts ranging from 151 to 170. As mentioned, the focus of the product is the taste and texture, something it could certainly knock out of the park with a nutrition profile that isn’t as high in protein or lean as others out there.
FAST is set to release its Enjoyment Bar in Sweden, sometime soon, with three flavors to choose from in Banoffee, Peanut Toffee, and Roasted Fudge, with Banoffee being the leanest and lowest in protein.
