Complete Food family from XXL expands into the ready-to-drink format

XXL Nutrition initially released Complete Food as a wholefood-based meal replacement supplement, then recently, expanded it into an edible, on-the-go snack with the Complete Food Bar. The major European retailer and brand is now back expanding the product once again, this time with an on-the-go drinkable addition in the Complete Food RTD.

The latest from XXL Nutrition is a bit different from the original Complete Food and the Complete Food Bar, in that its macros aren’t as nutritionally dense or meal replacement-like. For the Complete Food RTD, the brand has brought together milk protein concentrate and skimmed milk as sources of protein, and a full blend of vitamins and minerals.

Each 310ml bottle of XXL Nutrition’s Complete Food RTD packs a solid 23.8g of protein with 13g of carbohydrates and 11.4g of fat, for a total of 284 calories. As mentioned, the product has a slightly different balance compared to the rest of the Complete Food family, featuring the lowest amount of carbohydrates, although more fat than either of the others.

XXL Nutrition is now stocking the Complete Food RTD on its website in just the one Vanilla flavor at the moment, which costs €1.99 (2.42 USD) for a single bottle or €1.91 (2.33 USD) each for a pack of six.
