PhD puts a ketogenic spin on its popular protein powder Diet Whey

Diet Whey is one of PhD Nutrition’s most known supplements, with a whey-based protein powder infused with some weight loss supporting ingredients such as carnitine, green tea, and CLA. The UK company has just come out with a ketogenic spin-off of its popular product in Diet Whey Keto, featuring a few key differences from the original.

PhD Nutrition’s Diet Whey Keto comes with a similar set of ingredients to Diet Whey. You get soy, whey, and egg white, providing 10g of protein per serving, and the added fat burning features in carnitine and CLA. What makes it different is it also has added vitamins and minerals, and to make it more ketogenic, you get an almost equal amount of fat to protein.

Alongside Diet Whey Keto’s 10g of protein per single-scoop serving is 6.5g of fat from MCTs, and a low 3g of carbohydrates with only 250mg of that sugar, and a total of 115 calories. To keep things familiar, PhD Nutrition has given the supplement three flavors, all of which are off Diet Whey’s menu in Salted Caramel, Strawberry, and Belgian Chocolate.

You can grab Diet Whey Keto directly from PhD Nutrition’s website at £24.99 (34.19 USD) for a bag of 24 single-scoop servings.
