The brand’s latest creation sees it back in its original functional realm with a product that comes in single-serving packets, each with enough powder to make a keto-friendly mug cake.
Genius Gourmet has made its Keto Mug Cake Mix incredibly easy to prepare, all you need to do is pour the powder into a mug, add water, microwave for a minute, and you’re done. The vanilla-flavored mug cake is then ready to eat and with true keto-friendly macros consisting of 6g of protein, 15g of fat, 13g of carbohydrates and 2g of sugar, totaling 5g of net carbs, and 180 calories.
As mentioned, Genius Gourmet has packaged its Keto Mug Cake Mix in single-serving sachets, with five pouches per box, and it is available now from Amazon at $14.99, which works out $3 a sachet.
