Gym Molly pre-workout gets a higher dosed spin-off in Gym Molly Pro

The lifestyle supplement company Gym Molly, which has carbonated can versions of both of its current products, the original Gym Molly pre-workout and BCAA-based After Party now has a third supplement available. Unlike the other two, this one currently only comes in powder form, with Gym Molly Pro, formulated to be a more complete and comprehensive spin-off of the Gym Molly pre-workout.

The all-new Gym Molly Pro actually features all of the same main ingredients as the regular Gym Molly at higher amounts but minus creatine monohydrate. The original has creatine monohydrate alongside creatine HCl at 1.25g and 750mg, respectively, whereas the Pro version has just creatine HCl twice its original dose at 1.5g.

While Gym Molly unfortunately still wraps all of its main ingredients in Gym Molly Pro in a non-transparent proprietary blend, it does list the dosages of most of them on its website. You can see the pre-workout’s facts panel in the image above, which has 2g of BCAAs, like Gym Molly, and according to the brand’s website, 6g of citrulline malate, 4g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, and 300mg of caffeine.

The goal of Gym Molly Pro is a more “Pro” or advanced experience compared to the original Gym Molly, with practically all of the same main ingredients, most of them at higher dosages. You can grab Gym Molly Pro starting today from the brand’s online store in a Blue Raspberry Lemonade flavor, and the extra effectiveness won’t cost too much more than Gym Molly at $34.99 for a tub of 30 servings.
