Nutricon drops its first-ever GDA powered by seven key ingredients

nutricon shuttle gda

South African supplement company Nutricon has released its first-ever glucose disposal agent, or GDA for short named Shuttle GDA, featuring a variety of ingredients, although not overly high dosages for everything. GDAs are typically designed to help your body utilize carbohydrates or glucose more efficiently to, in-turn, improve muscle recovery, performance, and muscle pumps and fullness.

There are seven key ingredients in Nutricon’s Shuttle GDA, which are all common for this type of supplement with berberine, bergamot, cinnamon extract, chromium, banaba, alpha lipoic acid, and thiamine. As mentioned, the dosages are not as high across the board as we typically see; for example, berberine and banaba are at 153mg and 10mg, respectively, which the likes of Core Load has at 750mg and 125mg.

Once again, Nutricon does have a nice variety of reliable GDA ingredients in Shuttle GDA, but we would have liked to see higher dosages for a lot of them, at least closer and more on par with the competition in the advanced category. Nutricon’s first-ever GDA is in stock now and available for purchase from its website at the relatively competitive price of R399.99 (27.49 USD) for a bottle of 30 servings.
