The typically basic and straightforward European supplement company MST Nutrition out of Germany has something a little less simple this week with the obviously titled “BCAA Energy”. The product features exactly what it says it does in its name, bringing together BCAAs to support recovery and a few ingredients to support and improve energy.
The exact formula you get in each serving of MST Nutrition BCAA Energy consists of 5g of BCAAs at the usual 2:1:1 ratio, breaking down into 2.5g of leucine and 1.25g each of isoleucine and valine. Then on the stimulating and energy side of the supplement with a gram each of beta-alanine and taurine, vitamin B6, and 90mg of the reliable stimulant, caffeine.
MST Nutrition’s BCAA Energy is out and available starting this week in Europe with the usual 30 servings per tub, with only the one flavor to choose from the fruity combination of strawberry and lemon.
