Magic Spoon’s celebratory cereal flavor is back for its second birthday

magic spoon birthday cake returns

Around this time last year, protein cereal brand Magic Spoon came out with a special edition flavor of its flagship product in celebration of its first birthday. That flavor was appropriately Birthday Cake, which has returned this week for a limited time for the brand’s second birthday, and from what we know, it is the same product still featuring eye-catching edible glitter in the cereal.

The nutrition profile on the returning celebratory flavor is on par with Magic Spoon’s other great-tasting protein cereals, providing 11g of protein per serving, 10g of carbohydrates with zero sugar and a gram of fiber, 5g of fat, and 100 calories. You can’t actually purchase Birthday Cake in the brand’s usual pack of four; Magic Spoon has instead put together two separate purchase options.

To get your hands on the second limited launch of Birthday Cake, you can buy it in Magic Spoon’s special edition variety bundle with five boxes at $45, one each of Peanut Butter, Fruity, Frosted, Cocoa, and Birthday Cake. The only other way is in the Birthday Bowl Bundle at $35, with two boxes of Birthday Cake, plus you get the brand’s colorfully custom cereal bowl and spoon.
