Atlhetica tweaks its X pre-workout with more taurine and added beta-alanine

atlhetic nutrition x pre-workout

Fans of Brazilian supplement company Atlhetica Nutrition may remember, back at the end of 2018, the brand released its latest pre-workout at the time, introducing the simply named “X”. Like other local pre-workouts in the country, the product doesn’t feature a whole lot of active ingredients, including highlights such as 3g of creatine, half a gram of taurine, CoQ10, Palatinose, arginine, and 200mg of caffeine.

For 2021, Atlhetica Nutrition is looking to update its X pre-workout, although it’s not making all that many changes. The supplement company is keeping on all of the original’s highlights with arginine, still at one gram, triple the taurine, and the same amounts of creatine, CoQ10, and caffeine. Where the tweak comes in is Atlhetica is adding in beta-alanine at 2g to help the product support performance and endurance.

Atlhetica Nutrition’s updated X pre-workout isn’t obviously a complete overhaul, but an improvement nonetheless, with nothing being removed from what we can see, only additions. The Brazilian brand is planning to roll out the supplement to stores in the coming weeks and months, so be on the lookout for it if you’re in that part of the world.
