Ice cream dipped in chocolate is something we first saw the frozen functional food brand Enlightened do back in 2019 for its light Ice Cream Bar with Vanilla Milk Chocolate and Vanilla Dark Chocolate Almond. Last year, the brand did the same thing again but to its keto-friendly Ice Cream Bar, putting together a mouthwatering Caramel Dark Chocolate Peanut flavor.
Enlightened is now rolling out another delicious chocolate-dipped flavor of its Keto Ice Cream Bar, and like the first, it sounds like quite the treat, especially knowing it’s keto-friendly with 2g of net carbohydrates. The flavor is Peanut Butter Chocolate, which takes a smooth peanut butter ice cream, covers it in crunchy peanuts, and covers it completely in rich dark chocolate.
Enlightened’s all-new Peanut Butter Chocolate Keto Ice Cream Bar still has the product’s lean nutrition profile with 12g of carbohydrates per bar, 2g of that net carbs, no sugar, 20g of fat, 4g of protein, and 210 calories.
