Mars releases another M&M’s protein bar this time with crispy M&M’s

Crispy Mms Hiprotein Bar

As you may know, in the UK and Europe, the candy company Mars has several protein-packed creations of its famous snacks and treats on the market, and they’re all under its own brand. There are Twix, Mars, Snickers, M&M’s, and even a Maltesers protein powder, as well as high protein bars based on the Mars, Snickers, and Bounty candy bars.

Mars has just dropped its first new product for the New Year, and it is a spin-off of one of the protein bars already out there. To start 2022, the brand has rolled out another M&M’s protein bar, where it combines a smooth base, chocolate outer, and real mini M&M’s tucked inside. What makes the newest product different is this time around, the brand uses tasty crispy M&M’s, as opposed to peanut and the classic chocolate.

Mars’ Crispy M&M’s protein bar is, as mentioned, now out and available in the UK and Europe, including through one of our favorite functional retailers, Protein Pick and Mix. The specialized store has it in stock on its website at £2.49 (3.37 USD) a bar, or you can bring that price down slightly with a box of 12 at £19.56 (26.47 USD), which is £1.63 each.

For those interested in the macros, the Crispy M&M’s protein bar is similar to the chocolate and peanut versions with 15g of protein per pack, 18g of carbohydrates, 14g of that sugar, 7.4g of fat, and 204 calories. The Crispy variant does uniquely have two pieces per pack instead of the one bar, with those two pieces combining to provide those macros.
