The fairly straightforward sports nutrition brand AK-47 Labs over in Europe has come a long way since its debut pre-workout and weight loss supplements. The brand has taken its approach to many other areas of the industry, including testosterone booster, amino, pump pre-workout, an additional stimulant pre-workout, liver support, and even protein-packed spread.
AK-47 Labs is expanding its selection once again this month, introducing the first-ever AK-47 Labs Protein Bar. The product is quite a small snack, weighing almost half the typical 60g at 35, and it is high in protein and low in sugar. The exact nutrition profile for the product has 12.3g of protein, which would be around the usual 20 if you scaled it up to 60g, 12.4g of carbohydrates with less than a gram of that sugar, 4.8g of fat, and 124 calories.
The AK-47 Labs Protein Bar currently comes in only one flavor with a sweet and smooth chocolate banana. Based on the brand’s description and images, it does look like quite an enjoyable treat, although we will have to try it to be sure. It has a thick fluffy banana center with crispy protein pieces throughout, then all around that is a layer of sweet milk chocolate.
AK-47 Labs is carried by the premier European sports nutrition distributor Prometeus, which partners with physical and online stores all throughout the continent, so there is a good chance this will be showing up in those many locations soon.
