AP Regimen adds to its essential offerings with a high strength fish oil formula

AP Regimen is known for its advanced sports nutrition supplements, especially after the debut of its premium Legacy Series products Legacy Pump and Legacy Pre-Workout, although it does have some simpler items sprinkled in. The brand has bulk unflavored glutamine powder, liquid carnitine, standalone CLA softgels, and now it has a simple product for fans that have omega-3 as a part of their monthly stack.

AP Regimen has rolled out Omega 3, packing a gram of fish oil into each of its 60 softgels per bottle, which breaks down into 320mg of EPA and 240mg of DHA. It is a slightly higher strength than your typical omega-3 supplement, and it is still reasonably priced, with the brand’s website selling it at $24.99. That will potentially drop this weekend as AP Regimen is very likely to have a sale for Memorial Weekend.
