Grenade’s apple crumble Carb Killa rumbles back for another limited run

Apple Rumble Carb Killa Protein Bar

At the end of 2020, the UK company Grenade released a limited-edition flavor of its delicious Carb Killa Protein Bar based on the classic baked treat apple crumble, named Apple Rumble. The top-rated protein snack has yet to put out a flavor we haven’t enjoyed, and if Apple Rumble was one of your favorites in the short time it was around, we have some good news.

About a year and a half after its first limited-time run, Grenade has decided to bring back that traditional food-inspired Apple Rumble Carb Killa Protein Bar, and like the first time, it’s not around for long. The product has that typical Carb Killa nutrition profile providing a solid 20g of protein, 22g of carbohydrates with only 2.4g of that sugar, 10g of fat, and a calorie count of 236.

Grenade has made its returning Apple Rumble Carb Killa Protein Bar exclusive to members of its online store at grenade.com, so if you don’t have an account there, you’ll have to make one, and the price for a box of 12 is currently a discounted £24 (29.43 USD).
