Competition continues in the hydration space as Axe and Sledge previews its entry

Axe And Sledge Electrolytes

The hydration category has become quite busy over the past year, as multiple sports nutrition companies have taken an interest and put together supplements specifically built to support and improve hydration. Some brands have taken things a bit further and created advanced products like Ghost Hydration and Soul Performance Nutrition’s debut supplement, and now Axe and Sledge is getting in on the fun.

Axe and Sledge’s product specialist has shared the first look at its upcoming hydration competitor simply named Electrolytes+. With a title like that, the supplement obviously has electrolytes to support hydration and performance; in fact, there are six specific electrolytes powering its benefits. It doesn’t sound like there are any other key ingredients in there, and it will have two flavors in Lemon Lime and Strawberry Kiwi.

Axe and Sledge’s Electrolytes+ is said to be launching sometime later this month, and with this being the first week of June, that could be up to four weeks away. If the hydration product is like any of the brand’s other releases, it’ll be available first through its online store with the usual 30 servings per tub, and presumably a price in line with the competition, as not many dedicated hydration supplements get too high.
