Mark Bell’s sports nutrition brand Within You, which made a name for itself with its unique organ meats protein powder Steak Shake, has a supplement that’s not protein or nutrition-based. Going alongside that aforementioned Steak Shake, the keto-friendly Keto Pro, and the more traditional protein powder, This Is The Whey, is the recovery and hydration supporting product, simply named Within You Hydration.
Mark Bell and Within You’s Hydration is relatively straightforward, with electrolytes to support its hydration benefits and aminos for recovery, although one isn’t dosed overly well. You can see the facts panel for the supplement in the image below, with a hefty gram of sodium in combination with other electrolytes and all nine EAAs, including the three BCAAs, but at an extremely light amount of half a gram a serving.
Like most hydration products, Within You Hydration from Mark Bell comes in single-serving stick packs, and directly from the brand’s website, a box of 30 servings costs $29.99. This week the supplement has more than doubled its menu, seeing its previous pair of Blueberry Lemonade and Salted Caramel, joined by Fruit Punch, Lemon Lime, and another not-so-common and a different taste for a hydration formula in Chocolate.
