We’re not sure exactly when the tastes were added, but Myprotein’s Layered Protein Bar spin-off, the crunchier Crispy Layered Protein Bar, sometime recently doubled its menu. The product came to market almost two years ago, in early 2021, offering a lighter and crispier experience compared to the original Layered Protein Bar, with 16g of protein and two flavors to choose from, in White Chocolate Peanut and Chocolate Caramel.
If you head to Myprotein’s primary online store over at myprotein.com, you’ll see that there are now four flavors on the menu of the Crispy Layered Protein Bar, thanks to the addition of Cookies and Cream, and Toasted Marshmallow. Both products have that same sort of crunchy, multi-layered build, with touches of their title tastes to separate them from the previously only options of White Chocolate and Chocolate Caramel.
Myprotein is currently discounting its Crispy Layered Protein Bar, or at least the single bar option is, being temporarily dropped to £1.05 (1.30 USD) each. That is more cost-effective than the protein snack’s large box of 12 bars at £22.99 (28.36 USD), although that deal on the individual bars is not ongoing.
