Since its return, the functional food company Mountain Joe’s has focused on the one protein-packed product in the self-titled Mountain Joe’s Protein Bar. It features an impressively smooth texture, making for a very easy-to-eat consistency, and some pretty good flavors, especially the Ferrero Rocher-like Chocolate Hazelnut. The snack has come a long way since its debut, launching three more flavors aside from its original four.
In the coming weeks, Mountain Joe’s is releasing another product, although it has been confirmed the undoubtedly tasty protein treat is not another flavor of the brand’s flagship protein bar but a completely new functional innovation. All we know so far is the upcoming item is circular, potentially some sort of biscuit or cookie, and it will have two tastes to choose from, one covered in milk chocolate and the other, sweet white chocolate.
Mountain Joe’s is also saying that its exciting functional creation has never been done before, which has us looking forward even more to its planned reveal. Back before the Mountain Joe’s Protein Bar, the company had many different products in all sorts of shapes and sizes. This could be the beginning of that move back into a fully-fledged family of high-protein foods.
