Brian Shaw goes with moderate calories for his Undefined mass gainer Gigantor

Undefined Nutrition Gigantor

World’s Strongest Man Brian Shaw’s supplement brand Undefined Nutrition has been available for quite some time, launching about two and a half years ago, at the end of the year of the pandemic. It all started with three products, each for a popular sports nutrition category with the pre-workout Greatness, the protein powder Persist ISO, and the creatine-based muscle builder Structure, which have been joined by more items since.

Brian Shaw and Undefined Nutrition have rolled out their first new supplement since last year’s more intense pre-workout Greatness Extreme, and it is for a category that couldn’t be more fitting for the four-time World’s Strongest Man. The latest from the brand is Gigantor, a calorie-loaded mass gainer, packing 60g of protein a serving from milk isolate, egg white, and collagen, 101 to 103g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin, 3 to 5g of that sugar, 16g of fat, and 770 to 790 calories.

As far as mass gainers go, Undefined Nutrition’s Gigantor is relatively straightforward, relying on relatively common sources of protein and carbohydrates, and packing somewhat moderate gainer macros with about a 3:5 protein-to-carb ratio and three-digit calories. You can grab the supplement directly from the brand’s online store for more than we’d expect at $84.95 for a 5.16lb bag packing a total of 12 servings.
