Undefined’s slightly more advanced pre-workout aims for more performance at twice the price

Undefined Nutrition Greatness Extreme

Greatness was one of the first three supplements we saw from World Strongest Man winner Brian Shaw’s brand Undefined Nutrition. It packs a relatively straightforward formula full of common ingredients, including 3.2g of beta-alanine and 6g of citrulline malate. A trend in the competitive pre-workout space has been more premium, packed-out products, and that is precisely what Undefined has just introduced.

Now available from Brian Shaw and Undefined Nutrition, alongside its original Greatness pre-workout, is the slightly more advanced Greatness Extreme. Shaw himself says he wanted to focus more on elevating the performance and energy aspects of Greatness Extreme, and that is reflected in the formula, as it has a broader range of ingredients to achieve that alternative experience next to Greatness.

Undefined Nutrition’s Greatness Extreme is a step up from Greatness, although it doesn’t reach the heightened dosages and comprehensiveness we’ve seen from other premium pre-workouts like Pre Jym X and are Pre-Kaged Elite. Many of the ingredients in the Extreme spin-off are actually from the regular Greatness, including 6g of citrulline malate, a gram of agmatine, 3g of beta-alanine, and 300mg of theobromine.

Alongside all of those features mentioned, Greatness Extreme has a little more caffeine per serving at 200mg of natural caffeine from green tea, then several additional ingredients to push the energy and focus. The components that help separate Extreme from the original are 400mg of phosphatidylcholine, 300mg of citicoline, and 200mg each of sulbutiamine, DMAE, theanine, and mucuna pruriens.

Undefined Nutrition has priced Greatness Extreme and its more performance and energy-driving experience a lot higher than Greatness at $59.99 in Berry, Blueberry Lemonade, Citrus, and Nuclear Explosion flavors. That is 33% more than the brand’s standard pre-workout, although the difference is even more than that as you get two-thirds of the servings in Extreme, working out to twice the price per serving.
