Immi’s innovative high-protein low-carb instant ramen lands its first flavor extension

Immi Spicy Red Miso

Immi is a functional brand that puts a better-for-you twist on the classic food, ramen noodle soup. The product is made with pumpkin seed protein, modified food starch, wheat, and a few other key ingredients, to remake the food with more protein and significantly fewer carbohydrates. The macros on the snack are 21 to 22g of protein a pack, 14 to 15g of fat, 5 to 6g net carbs and only a gram of sugar, and 300 to 310 calories.

When we first posted about Immi and its high-protein, low-carbohydrate instant ramen, it had three familiar flavors to choose from in Black Garlic “Chicken”, Spicy “Beef”, and Tom Yum “Shrimp”, none of which actually have any meat as they’re completely vegan-friendly. The creative company has now introduced the first flavor extension for the product and fourth overall option with Spicy Red Miso, described as funky and flavorful.

The nutrition profile of Immi’s Spicy Red Miso instant ramen starts with a strong 21g of protein, 24g of carbohydrates, although 18g of that is fiber, working out to 6g of net carbs, 15g of fat, and a calorie count of 310. You can pick up the product straight from the brand’s online store at $39 for a pack of six or 12 for a slightly more cost-effective $72, and keep in mind if you grab Immi’s variety pack, it still only includes the original three.
