After beginning with around 100 different energy drinks and receiving 10s of 1,000s of votes, our annual energy drink showdown Clash Of The Cans, powered by Dynamine, is at the grand final stage, and it was an intense semifinal round. As per usual, we shared our mid-week update on Wednesday of last week, noting that Chris Bumstead’s Bum Energy and Monster Ultra were leading. While leads don’t change all that much following the first few days of a round, that was not the case on this occasion.
For those that need a refresher, Chris Bumstead’s still relatively new Bum Energy was up against another young energy drink in RYSE Fuel, and the well-established Monster Ultra was taking on Cellucor’s performance-powering C4 Energy. At around Friday and Saturday, both RYSE Fuel and C4 Energy brought it back, overtaking their opponents, and even more interestingly, they maintained that lead and are now the last two standing in the grand final.
Once again, the energy drinks battling it out for the 2023 Clash Of The Cans, powered by Dynamine, are RYSE’s functional drink RYSE Fuel and Cellucor’s C4 Energy, the latter of which won our first-ever competition back in 2019, so we could have another two-time champion on our hands. As per usual, you can get your votes in over at clashofthecans.com at a maximum of one vote. The polls will close at midnight this coming Sunday, and the winning energy drink will be crowned shortly after.
