BaR1 returns with two all-new flavors and in line with Rule One’s 4th Of July sale

Rule One Brings Back Bar1

Right in line with its 4th Of July promotion, Rule One Proteins has brought back its original competitor in the protein bar category with BaR1, first available about two years ago in the first half of 2021. The product debuted in two flavors, Fudge Brownie and Peanut Butter, both featuring a Rice Krispies-style build and some on-point macros with 20g of protein, 25g of carbohydrates, 12 to 15g of that fiber and 1 to 5g sugar, 9g of fat, and 220 to 240 calories.

As mentioned, Rule One Proteins has brought back its protein snack BaR1 in time for its 4th Of July sale, and while it has the same crispy and crunchy build and the two original flavors, Fudge Brownie and Peanut Butter, there is a key difference. The long-running brand has doubled the menu for the return of BaR1, introducing two completely new flavors providing similar macros with a sweet and salty Salted Caramel, and the celebratory Birthday Cake.

The returning BaR1 is now in stock and available for purchase through Rule One Protein’s online store at $39.99 for a box of 12 bars, or you can pick it up individually for $3.99. The brand is indeed running a sale for the 4th Of July, with a huge 40% off, bringing all of its products down to almost half price. When applied to BaR1, the discount drops single bars to $2.39 and $23.99 for a box, making the next few days the ideal time to purchase the protein bar.
