Fitness influencer and YouTuber Jan Liška, who is also the owner of the online training website Shredded Fox, has partnered with the giant European retailer and brand GymBeam for a special edition supplement. Jan Liška has personally formulated the hybrid fat burning pre-workout Shred!t, pronounced Shred It, similar to his training company and Instagram handle, and the formula behind it isn’t too bad, but it’s not as balanced as you may want.
GymBeam and Jan Liška’s Shred!t collaboration mostly features pre-workout-style ingredients, including 5g of citrulline malate for pumps, 2.5g of beta-alanine for performance, a light dose of betaine at half a gram, B vitamins, DMAE, and 500mg of tyrosine and 200mg of bacopa for focus. There isn’t a whole lot in the product to support weight loss, with half a gram of acetyl-l-carnitine and 20mg of synephrine from bitter orange extract.
Shred!t from GymBeam and Jan Liška, as mentioned, is not an overly balanced hybrid fat-burning pre-workout, with essentially a pre-workout formula plus a couple of weight loss components. It’s not as packed or even as something like ‘Merica Labz Red, White & Boom Napalm Edition, and another interesting point you may have noticed from the list of highlights is that caffeine is not in the supplement, so don’t expect any intense energy effect.
GymBeam added Shred!t to its online store earlier this week over at gymbeam.sk, although it currently says it’s out of stock for another few weeks, currently confirmed to be arriving on the 10th of next month. The price of the semi-hybrid supplement is a reflection of its rather straightforward combination of ingredients at €19.95 (21.29 USD) and that is for a tub of 30 servings, not the more common 20, making it quite a cost-effective pre-workout.
