SSN recreates Gifflar cinnamon rolls for a flavor of protein with Linn von Bahr

Ssn Gifflar Isolate

Svensk Sport Nutrition or Swedish Sport Nutrition, more simply known as SSN in Sweden, has a new flavor out today, and it is something specifically for its local fanbase. Internationally, brands tend to turn traditional foods and flavors from their own countries into options for their supplements. That is what we’ve got from the team at SSN in the intriguingly named Gifflar for its premium whey isolate-based protein powder.

SSN’s Gifflar Isolate protein powder is actually a collaboration put together in partnership with its ambassador, Linn von Bahr. As for what Gifflar actually is, it’s a type of bite-sized cinnamon roll popular in Sweden, branded and sold by the food company Pågen. It is that product that’s inspired SSN and Linn von Bahr’s Gifflar flavor of Isolate, still packing a lean 25g of isolate-backed protein a serving and around 105 calories.
