One of our favorite functional or healthier food companies in the UK, Gold Standard Nutrition, is showing some of its holiday spirit this week and has revealed and released a special edition item fitting for this time of year. The brand is known for its delicious and, more importantly, clean and nutritious foods, ranging from straight-cooked chicken breast, chicken bites, protein-packed pizza, and its signature, Pots Of Gold meals.
Gold Standard Nutrition has come up with the aptly named Festive Protein Wrap, and it is rather festive. The Healthy Creation is a wrap packed full of Christmassy foods, including chicken, turkey, and turkey rashers, all wrapped in a tasty and wholesome wheat wrap. The combined ingredients result in a product fitting for the brand’s lineup in 21g of protein, 40g of carbohydrates with 8g of that sugar, 7.7g of fat, and a calorie count of 179.
We’ve tried plenty of Gold Standard Nutrition’s foods and can tell you they’re as good as they look and then some, and we do see that reputation continuing in its latest innovation, the Festive Protein Wrap. Like all of its other edible items, the Christmassy creation which is only around for a limited time, is available directly through the Gold Standard Nutrition website at a very reasonable £15 (18.84 USD) for a pack of six wraps.
