Sports Research makes a second berberine product that’s plant-based in veggie capsules

Sports Research Plant Based Berberine

Sports Research has added another standalone supplement to its selection, named after its one and only ingredient with Berberine. The wellness component is common in a variety of sports nutrition products for its metabolic benefits, mostly glucose disposal agents that aim to help your body make better use of carbohydrates. Sports Research already has a Berberine supplement on the market, although its latest effort has a very important point of difference.

The second standalone Berbeine offering from Sports Research differentiates itself by being plant-based. Instead of coming with coconut oil in gelatin softgel format at half a gram of berberine a piece, you get the same half-gram dose of the vibrant yellow-colored powder but in veggie capsules. Again, the dose is the same, and there are two sizes to choose from in a 60-count bottle and a double-sized 120-count, both of which are cheaper than the original.

Sports Research’s all-new plant-based Berberine is available directly from its online store at $19.95 for the smaller 60 veggie capsule bottle and $33.95 for the 120 count, beating out the Berberine Softgels at $29.95 for a bottle of 90 single-pill servings.
