One of those items is the mouthwatering Kit Crunch Protein Bar, pairing a tasty-looking treat with a high-protein nutrition profile.
The newly released Kit Crunch Protein Bar from Life Pro Nutrition features a rather small, thin base that looks like your teeth will sink right through. On top of that is an equally thick layer of crunchy peanuts, all wrapped in decadent milk chocolate. The crunchy peanuts look like they’re only in the Peanut Caramel flavor, and there are two others that we’re guessing swap out for another filling with a full-on Delicious Chocolate and a sweet Strawberry Splash.
Life Pro Nutrition’s macros in the Kit Crunch Protein Bar are the same regardless of which of the three flavors you grab, led by 18g of protein, impressive considering the compact 45g size, 11g of carbohydrates with under a gram of that sugar, 6.3g of fat, and 162 calories. The better-for-you protein-packed snack is already available directly through the brand’s website, individually, too, so you don’t have to commit to an entire box at €2.50 each.
