Again, Muscle Sport has been supplying GNC locations within the franchise system for some time, a partnership that has taken an even bigger turn more recently, as the brand has simply done far better than expected.
GNC is moving Muscle Sport into its distribution centers for easier and more efficient shipping to the various franchise locations carrying the brand. The retail giant only does this with companies that have reached a certain level of success, and more importantly, with that move into GNC’s distribution operation comes an online presence. Alongside the expansion, the supplement store has added Muscle Sport to its website, meaning it now serves franchise stores and all of the shoppers at gnc.com.
Currently, Muscle Sport has just the one product listed and available for purchase on GNC’s website, and that is its BCAA-based recovery supplement, BCAA Revolution, in six different flavors. The franchise system was already a major play by the brand, but moving into distribution and getting that presence on gnc.com is one step even deeper, and all of this only feeds back into Muscle Sport, its growth, and development.
