Beverage giant Prime files a lawsuit against boxer Ryan Garcia for defamation

From Stack3d
Logan Paul And Prime Files Lawsuit Ryan Garcia

While Logan Paul and KSI’s Prime is not an overnight success, it exploded right out of the gates, hitting the hydration category and finding tremendous success in terms of popularity and sales. It clearly has a lot of followers and fans, although there are some out there who don’t enjoy or appreciate the product and have shared that opinion publicly. One of those people is professional boxer Ryan Garcia, so much so he has drawn the attention of Prime and earned himself a lawsuit.

The beverage giant Prime from Logan Paul and KSI has filed a defamation lawsuit against Ryan Garcia prompted by his persistent online attacks against Prime, including a controversial Instagram post accusing Paul of harming children with Prime Energy and calling him a “pedo” (pedophile). In his own Instagram post announcing the lawsuit, Logan Paul defended Prime and criticized Garcia’s conduct, which included making false claims about Prime products and Paul’s personal actions.

The legal action reflects the seriousness of the situation, with Logan Paul emphasizing the potential damage that has been done to his hugely successful beverage business that hit the impressive milestone of over one billion dollars in sales last year. There is a great breakdown of the whole thing over at Yahoo, or head straight on over to Logan Paul’s Instagram page and check out the post featuring the complaint, where you get a description and some comments from the man himself.
