Recently released Protein Cookie line from Mars welcomes Snickers White to the family

Mars Snickers White Protein Cookie

It wasn’t long ago the functional food arm of the candy giant Mars expanded beyond its usual formats of protein powder, amino acids, traditional protein bars, and high-protein flapjacks and headed on over to the world of protein-packed cookies. If you’re not familiar with the Protein By Mars brand, in the UK and Europe, it makes various different products like those mentioned but themes their taste and texture around original candies and treats from Mars, like Snickers, Hubba Bubba, and, of course, Mars.

Mars essentially closed out last year with the debut of its authentic Mars and Snickers Protein Cookies, each packing 15g of protein and familiar flavors with Mars being a blend of chocolate and caramel and Snickers chocolate and peanut. It seems the brand found success in those innovations from its functional family as it has now built on those two cookies, revealing and releasing another cookie-format protein snack, based around one of those same two legendary candy bars, but with a slight sweet twist.

New to the Mars family this month is a White Chocolate Snickers Protein Cookie, still providing 15g of protein, like the original Mars and Snickers Protein Cookies, although as per the name, it also involves white chocolate by of white chocolate chips throughout the cookie itself and crunchy peanuts. The go-to store for functional foods in the UK and Europe, Protein Pick & Mix is already stocking Protein By Mars’ latest at £2.29 (2.87 USD) each or get a box of 12 discounted to £21.60, which is £1.80 a piece.
