MuscleBlaze doesn’t provide the energy you’d expect in its protein Whey Energy

Muscleblaze Whey Energy

MuscleBlaze in India is widely available in the country of 1.4 billion people in major supermarkets, convenience stores, and specialty sports nutrition stores. One of the categories it has a vast presence in is protein powder, and we do mean vast, with all sorts of different approaches in formula, nutrition profile, and even taste. This month, the popular brand has introduced another entry in that space with Whey Energy, and it is not as straightforward as it sounds.

The name Whey Energy made us think MuscleBlaze had blended whey as a source of protein and potentially a bit of caffeine for energy. That is not quite the case, as it does feature a blend of whey concentrate and isolate for 24g of protein a serving but a high 8g of carbohydrates, 5.4g of that sugar, 3.9g of fat, and 164 calories. Where the energy part comes into play is a little bit confusing as there isn’t any caffeine or anything else that boosts energy.

The only other feature MuscleBlaze promotes and includes in its protein powder, Whey Energy, outside of the high-protein nutrition profile, is the premium DigeZyme blend to support and improve digestion and gut health. It is an intriguing supplement due to the name and simplicity of it all; either way, it is one of the latest innovations from the Indian brand MuscleBlaze, and you can grab it straight from its online store at ₹1,799 (21.54 USD) for a small 1kg bag.
