Stacker2 Europe gives fans what they’ve been asking for regarding its tasty protein bar

Stacker2 Europe Barbarian Vegan Protein Bar

Stacker2 in Europe has apparently received numerous requests over the years to create an alternative, plant-based version of its signature candy bar-style protein snack, the Barbarian Protein Bar, which does not disappoint in any of its previously released options. Here in the second half of the year, the European health and nutrition brand is rolling out precisely that, a vegan-friendly Barbarian Protein Bar, or what is more technically promoted and labeled as plant-powered flavors.

Hitting the market in Europe in the coming weeks are two flavors of the Barbarian Protein Bar that are indeed vegan-friendly with Peanut Butter and Cookies & Nuts. They are marginally smaller than the regular, dairy-based options of the protein snack at 40g but are still packed with protein. Each of the pieces has 11g of protein from pea, rapeseed, and fava bean protein, not whey or milk like the others, alongside 10g of carbohydrates, half that in fat, and 156 calories.

The spin-offs look to provide a similar sort of candy bar-like eating experience to the other flavors available for the Barbarian Protein Bar, although again, only using plant-based, vegan-friendly ingredients. We have had both, and they do indeed give you that decadent, chocolatey protein-snacking taste with that familiar earthy base, which makes for a very clean and wholesome feel.
