Prime has been punching out special edition after special edition this year, most of them being reskins of already available flavors of its signature beverage, the Prime Hydration Drink. We’ve seen the company get together with all sorts of individuals, all of them professional sports-related, like Erling Haaland, Aaron Judge, and Kevin Durant. Again, most of those collaborations have been reskins, so fans get the same ingredients, dosages, and tastes that they’ve already experienced; for example, Kevin Durant’s is Cherry Freeze.
To start the month of October, Prime has got together with the high-profile content creator Darren Jason Watkins Jr, better known as IShowSpeed or Speed, and it has created something very special for him. The beverage behemoth has given IShowSpeed his own special edition bottle of the Prime Hydration Drink, and most importantly, it has a completely new flavor, not a reskin. All of the active ingredients, low nutrition, and benefits are the same, but inside the IShowSpeed Prime Hydration Drink is a Dragon Fruit Acai flavor.
The IShowSpeed Prime Hydration Drink was made available for purchase directly through the brand’s online store at drinkprime.com, although it has, as you’d expect, already sold out. This product is not an extremely limited launch or anything like that, as it is getting a full official launch, where you’ll be able to find it in seemingly all of your usual Prime stockists. The brand is currently rolling out the product collaboration to stores, and at the moment, it is US-only, with details on global availability coming shortly.
