Successful wellness brand Bloom makes a move on creatine with a full dose and two options

Bloom Creatine Monohydrate

Bloom is very much a health, wellness, and lifestyle brand, having built its name around its signature superfood supplement, Greens & Superfoods. The hugely success and immensely popular brand has continued that approach in a few other items, like Collagen Creamer, Colostrum & Collagen, and its multi-benefit functional beverage, Bloom Sparkling Energy. While the wellness side of the brand is what it’s most known for, it has gone deep into sports nutrition, something that’s continued here today.

The team at Bloom already has a quality whey-powered protein powder and two types of pre-workouts, both of which are some of the most popular categories of sports nutrition supplements. Joining that selection this week is another tremendously common product, and here it’s named after its one and only component in Bloom Creatine Monohydrate. The supplement has 40 servings of creatine per tub, each at a full 5g dose of the well-studied and proven creatine monohydrate for muscle strength and size.

We have to commend Bloom on putting a full dose of creatine into each serving, as many more major companies, especially those that aren’t specifically sports nutrition, tend to drop down to and still reasonably effective 3g. Bloom Creatine Monohydrate does, however, give you that full 5g, and it comes in your choice of Unflavored or Rasberry Lemon. To top it all off, the brand hasn’t over-priced the relatively straightforward supplement, selling it directly through its online store at $19.99 a bottle.
