Europe is home to some of the biggest catalogs of health and nutrition products, and most impressively, many of them are not added to all that much. Extrifit in Czechia is a great example of that, where you get an incredibly extensive selection of supplements in pills, powders, and functional formats, but it isn’t added to all that often, and some years, not at all. Extrifit in Czechia has taken one of its more popular protein supplements in Protein Pudding Isolate, and put it into a more traditional bulk format. Protein Pudding Isolate is a powder you mix with water or milk, stir until it hits that pudding or sludge consistency, and it’s good to eat. It is essentially a thick protein shake that tastes and feels like pudding but with the macros of a protein powder at 20g of protein in a 30g serving, 3.9g of carbohydrates, under a gram of sugar, 1.9g of fat, and 115 calories.
Previously Extrifit sold Protein Pudding Isolate in a box of ten single-serving sachets, making it quite a convenient product, however, it did limit your ability to scale as you couldn’t have one and a half scoops overly easily, nor are packets the most cost-effective method. That supplement is now available in the classic 2lb tub, with all of the same ingredients, nutrition, and functionality; it’s just in a big bottle of powder for you to scoop and serve, and it is more cost-effective at 879 CZK for a tub of 30 servings.
