Proten Wars Quarterfinals 2025 Open

The second round of the 2024 Protein Wars is proudly presented by the innovative protein and bioavailability company Ingredient Optimized, is here, and you can vote once this round per group. The quarterfinals of our annual protein powder showdown give you the chance to get in and support your favorite product in the saturated category, as well as others that aren’t in the group of your go-to. We have some seriously competitive groups for this year’s Protein Wars, with many past champs in the running.

In the first group of the Ingredient Optimized-powered Protein Wars, we have two-time champion NutraBio Whey Protein Isolate up against Legion’s extensively flavored Whey+, Panda’s delicious Fuel Protein, and Jocko Willink’s Jocko Molk. Moving on to group two, we have PVL’s hugely successful ISOGold, AllMax’s long-running ISOFlex, the early champion Machine Whey from MTS Nutrition, Applied Nutrition’s great-value offering Critical Whey, and Muscle Sport’s popular Lean Whey.

The other half of Protein Wars’ quarterfinal has a group of the reigning champion RYSE Loaded Protein taking on Raw’s Itholate Protein, VMI’s Protolyte, and Perfect Sports’ Diesel. Last but not least is group four, featuring MuscleTech Nitro-Tech, the clear protein powder specialist SEEQ Clear Protein, and the two previous champions, Ghost Whey and Jim Stoppani’s originally transparent Pro JYM.

As per usual, you can get your votes in for the latest round of the 2024 Protein Wars, sponsored by Ingredient Optimized, over at proteinwars.com, making it very easy to just throw that into your browser and have your say in well under a minute. You get to submit a maximum of one vote per round, and you have until the end of the week to take your time and show some support. At the end of this round, we’ll take the most-voted protein powder from each group and throw them head to head.
