The Arnold Sports Festival is fast approaching at a little under three months away, and while the convention at the event is the biggest of its kind in North America and will be stepping things up again in 2025, the bodybuilding competition is another significant part. The Arnold Classic is one of the longest-running and most prestigious contests in the sport, and it involves many different categories, including Men’s Open Bodybuilding, Classic and Physique, and Women’s Bikini and Wellness.
With Christmas right around the corner, the Arnold Sports Festival has decided to surprise fans with an early Christmas present and announce the many competitors that will be taking part in the Arnold Classic bodybuilding competition. The contest at Arnold Schwarzenegger’s event is unique and invitation-only; not everyone can enter, so there is a level of prestige to just being there. The classes are stacked, no pun intended, and the open bodybuilding will be an absolute powerhouse.
With the prize money for the Open Bodybuilding being half a million dollars for the 2025 Arnold Sports Festival, it’s no surprise that many top-level competitors are in the mix. The entry list features a mountain of top six Mr Olympia placegetters; in fact, there are three Mr Olympia winners, including the reigning champion, Samson Dauda. Set to join Dauda on stage in early March at the Arnold Classic will be Derek Lundsford, James Hollingshead, Andrew Jacked, William Bonac, Brandon Curry, and more.
Many other stars are filling out the other classes at the Arnold Classic competition, with the likes of Mike Sommerfeld and Wesley Vissers in Classic Physique and Laurlie Chapados and Angelica Teixeira in Women’s Bikini.
