Unity revamps its clear protein, moving to smaller resealable bags and adding another flavor

United Clear Iso Revamp

The clear and refreshing protein powder company Unity Supplements in Canada is closing out the year with a refresh and revamp of its signature product, the premium whey isolate-powered Clear ISO. The first big change the brand has made is it no longer produces its protein powder in traditional plastic tubs; it has switched over to resealable bags. This has also led to a massive downsize as the bags tip the scales at 410g a piece, far from the 907g of the original, meaning you get less than half as many servings.

Unity Supplements hasn’t obviously kept the price the same while selling 11 servings per bag versus the tub’s 25, but it is worth paying attention to when you go in to pick up your next load of protein powder. You can still find Clear ISO in bottles at some Canadian retailers, although over on unitysupplements.com, everything has been switched over, and you can now only purchase the bags. There is one other rather notable update, and that’s the addition of another option, taking Clear ISO to a menu of five flavors.

Now available alongside Unity Supplements’ Pineapple Punch, Raspberry Lemonade, Black Cherry, and Peach Mango, is an orange, lemon, and lime concoction in Citrus Blast Clear ISO. The product still packs 27g of protein per serving, all coming from high-quality whey isolate, next to no sugar, carbohydrates, or fat, for a lean calorie count of 108. The price of the refreshed supplement through Unity’s online store is $36.99 (25.69 USD), again, for a small 410g bag, way down from the $59.99 of its original tubs of Clear ISO.
