Latitude packs plenty of protein into its milkshake but a fair amount of sugar as well

Latitude 65 Protein Milkshake Nutrition

Major functional company Latitude 65 in Sweden has followed through on its promise and launched its first-ever protein shake here in the first few weeks of 2025, with the simply named Latitude 65 Milkshake. In that part of the world, the European market, protein RTDs have a much higher standard when it comes to taste. Basically, Latitude 65 built its name and gained notoriety in energy drinks, but protein beverages is a busy space, especially in Sweden, where its Milkshake is going up against the likes of GAAM and the legendary Barebells.

Latitude 65 previously confirmed its all-new Protein Milkshake will be hitting shelves in three falvors with Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla Milkshake, and all three of those are currently rolling out into stores and stockists across the country. The main reason we wanted to put the product back in the spotlight is we can now share the nutrition and ingredients in the product, which are the core purpose of it all. It does indeed have 25g of protein in a compact 330ml bottle, and that comes from skimmed milk and milk protein concentrate.

The other macros filling out the nutrition profile of the Latitude 65 Protein Milkshake are 1.3g of fat, 12.9g of carbohydrates, all of that sugar, and 165 calories. Those numbers apply to all of the flavors except for Chocolate, which comes in a bit higher at 14.2g of carbs, 13.9g of that sugar, 4g of fat, and 198 calories. Again, the brand already has massive distribution in Sweden for its flagship energy drink, meaning there is a good chance the Latitude 65 Milkshake will be showing up just as often in supermarkets, convenience stores, and health shops.
