Applied makes yet another collagen product and this time it’s infused with coconut oil

Applied Collagen Coconut

Applied Nutrition doesn’t have a vast selection of supplements here in the US under its AN Performance family and ABE collection, but over in the United Kingdom and Europe, it has one of the longest lists of items you’ll find in health and nutrition. It covers complex categories like pre-workout, weight loss, and amino acids, and simpler things, which is what it has another one of this week. The internationally successful company has launched Collagen + Coconut, its seventh collagen-based offering.

The catch with Applied Nutrition’s Collagen + Coconut is highlighted in the name, as unlike all of the other collagen-powered products the brand has available, this one blends marine collagen at a light 300mg per capsule with 125mg of coconut oil. You get a sizeable 180 capsules per bottle, giving you plenty of room to take several daily and up the dosages. For example, two would move you to 600mg of marine collagen and 250mg of coconut oil, and four would bring you to 1.2g and 500mg, respectively.

Applied Nutrition promises all of the usual benefits of collagen in Collagen + Coconut, including hair, skin, and joint health, coconut oil for hydration and nourishment, and there is also the antioxidant vitamin c in there at 40mg a capsule to improve your own collagen production. The latest from Applied is not all that expensive, which is no surprise due to its simplicity, hitting appliednutrition.uk at £23.95 (30.12 USD).
