The retailer and brand HealthFarm Nutrition in India has launched an all-new supplement, quickly following the recent release of MeFirst protein powder, which is high in protein but also high in sugar and carbohydrates. The latest innovation from the team is Beyond BCAA, not to be confused with EHP Labs’ original amino cocktail of the same name, this one does indeed come with the three all-important BCAAs to support muscle recovery and repair as well as a few components that might seem familiar.
HealthFarm Nutrition has put a similar balance of ingredients to the original Xtend BCAA supplement into Beyond BCAA, with a few dosage differences. You get the BCAAs at 5g per serving at the classic 2:1:1 ratio, breaking down into 2.5g of leucine and 1.25g each of valine and isoleucine, 2.5g of glutamine, and for that signature Xtend touch, a gram of citrulline. There are some electrolytes in there, too, for hydration support at a combined 390mg per serving by way of 220mg of sodium and 170mg of potassium.
The cost of HealthFarm Nutrition’s Beyond BCAA is nice and low, as is the case with most sports nutrition products in India at ₹1,199 (13.72 USD) for a tub of 30 servings in your choice of four fruity flavors in Blood Orange, Mango Madness, Knockout Fruit, and the classic Blue Raspberry.
