Essential 9 is the amino acid competitor from Lifted Nutrition in Australia, and it is a rather robust formula built around all nine essential amino acids, as you’d expect from the name. The supplement has a total of 6g of EAAs, with about 4g of that being the three all-important BCAAs, to support muscle recovery and repair. There are also some electrolytes to additionally help out in the hydration department and further performance, endurance, and recovery.
Currently, there are only two flavors available for Lifted Nutrition’s Essential 9, both with two tastes to their experience in Peach Mango and Strawberry Watermelon. Next week, the brand is restocking the recovery supplement, which will also double the number of tastes it has to choose from. Joining the menu of the product with the replenishment are two completely new flavors in the passion, mango, and pineapple blend, Tropical, and Blackcurrant.
