The brand makes a line of great-tasting, supremely guilt-free sauces and has quite a large menu to choose from, boasting ten different options.
NüSauce’s line of healthy, better-for-you sauces includes traditional items like Honey Mustard, Fajita, Spicy BBQ, and Sriracha Ketchup. It has just as many not-so-common creations, like Ube Berries, Peanut, Black Truffle, and Almond Coconut. Either way you go, something familiar and known or something different and new, you have nothing to worry about on the nutrition side. The biggest number you get is a gram of carbohydrates no sugar, and either five or zero calories.
Those macros are based on a small 15ml serving of the condiments from NüSauce, so you can double or triple them if you’re feeling like a bit more flavor, although even then, the calories remain incredibly low, getting up to 16 in a sizeable 50ml serving.
