Jocko increases a few dosages and adds lemon balm and apigenin to its sleep aid

Jocko Good Night 2

Jocko Willink’s brand Jocko Fuel has done similar to what we’ve seen from it in more recent years with a relaunch of an already available supplement featuring a new and improved combination of ingredients and dosages. The product that recently went under the knife at Jocko is its nighttime formula, Good Night, designed to improve overnight rest and recovery. Most of the original selection of ingredients has been carried over to the sequel, which has been aptly named Jocko Good Night 2.0.

The one component missing from Jocko Fuel’s revamped and relaunched Good Night 2.0 is the amino acid tryptophan; it’s not at a lower dose or in a different version, just dropped from the formula. In saying that, everything else has been kept the same or increased in dosage, and there are some additions. You still get 100mg of lavender and 250mg of tart cherry, while theanine has been doubled to 200mg and valerian root 33% more at 200mg. The additions to the supplement to further its ability to help you relax, rest, and recover are 600mg of lemon balm and 100mg of the modern apigenin.

As you can see, Jocko Fuel has genuinely improved its nighttime supplement for Good Night 2.0. The only actual loss is, again, tryptophan, but the increased dosages and added ingredients will more than make up for the loss. You can get the product straight away from Jocko’s online store at jockofuel.com at $60 for a bottle of 30 servings — to be taken roughly one hour before going to sleep — or if you subscribe to receive a unit every month, the cost comes down slightly to $54.
