No Sugar Co wants to get behind small Canadian businesses with its maple syrup sports drink

No Sugar Co Maple Syrup Joyburst Renew

Joyburst Renew is the sports drink spin-off or product from the No Sugar Co and its Joyburst line, which initially started out with a better-for-you, caffeinated energy drink. There are a few flavors on the market for the Renew beverage, and there might be an all-new one in the near future supporting a specific cause. The brand has previewed a potential launch, a concept essentially, that would definitely be its most unique taste to date next to its current menu of Watermelon, Peach, and Strawberry Lemonade.

The No Sugar Co and Joyburst have previewed a special edition Maple Syrup flavor of the sugarless Joyburst Renew, infused with all of its usual active ingredients in electrolytes for hydration, vitamins for general health, and lion’s mane for focus and cognition. Instead of putting cartoonish illustrations of the flavor’s fruit throughout the bottle design, this one will have red maple leaves. It’s a play into the extremely alternative Maple Syrup flavor, and it also leads into the cause the brand wants to get behind.

The Maple Syrup Joyburst Renew is planning to put all of its proceeds towards small Canadian businesses, hence the traditional Canadian flavor and maple leaf design. Supporting small, growing companies is something most people can appreciate, but it’d also be interesting to see No Sugar Co and Joyburst make a sports drink that has no sugar and tastes like Maple Syrup. We’re not saying it’s impossible but it’d certainly be one of the most obscure flavors we’ve seen in an electrolyte-backed sports drink.
