Skinny Food makes a crispy wafer snack with 100mg of sugar and under 100 calories

Skinny Food Mini Wafers

The ever-innovative team at The Skinny Food Co in the United Kingdom continues to come out with new and creative healthy snacks and foods, and this is all despite the fact that it already has one the largest and most diverse catalogs in the space. The newest addition to the lineup, to close out the month of February, is Mini Chocaholic Wafers, which are exactly what they say in their name. The functional twist isn’t that they’re not high in protein but low in almost every area possible, nutritionally.

Mini Chocaholic Wafers from The Skinny Food Co are long, rectangular treats with think and crispy wafer layers, and in between each of them is a soft, smooth, and sweet cream. There are two flavors to choose from in a classic milk chocolate and a citrusy lemon. Macro-wise they are reasonably low with 100mg of sugar per piece, 9g of carbohydrates overall, 6g of fat, and 92 calories. The innovation is more about providing a better-for-you alternative to a candy bar or something like that, hence the next-to-no-sugar and minimal calories, and you can grab the Mini Wafers direct at a low £2.49 for a box ten.
