We got our first look at the upcoming Ghost Basics Series a couple of days ago with the unveiling of a supplement the brand has had available twice before in Ghost Fish Oil. As mentioned in that post, there are four items making up Ghost Basics, and today we’ve got the second to share with you in Vitamin C + Glutathione.
Similar to Fish Oil, Ghost Vitamin C + Glutathione features the ingredient or this case, ingredients, in its name, which are the powerful antioxidants vitamin c and glutathione. Of course, coming from the two-time Brand Of The Year winner, the dosages are damn good, and also as you might have expected from Ghost, we don’t get standard versions of the core components. Every capsule of the simpler supplement has 333mg of premium PureWay-C vitamin C and 125mg of superior Setria glutathione.
Ghost has packed plenty of capsules into every bottle of Vitamin C + Glutathione at 60, which is 30 servings, taking two a day or 20 if you want to bump up to a gram of the quality vitamin C and 375mg of Setria.
